Head of SEO
We are an international iGaming holding with 1,300+ team members and a portfolio of 10+ projects across Tier 1–3 markets. SEO is one of our key growth channels and has a direct impact on traffic, revenue, and business scalability.
We are looking for a Head of SEO to lead and scale our SEO function across multiple brands, projects, and international markets.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute a long-term SEO strategy
Own organic traffic growth, visibility, revenue contribution, and profitability
Manage multi-brand and international SEO projects
Develop technical SEO, content, and authority-building directions
Build scalable processes, reporting systems, SOPs, and performance frameworks
Manage budgets, forecasts, priorities, and resource allocation
Work closely with Product, Content, Analytics, Commercial, and Development teams
Build, manage, and develop SEO specialists and Team Leads
Monitor Google Core Updates, E-E-A-T, anti-spam systems, and industry trends
During the first 90 days, you will audit the current SEO organization and project portfolio, identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks, and prepare a strategic roadmap with priorities and KPIs.
The exact team structure and scope will depend on your experience and the final business direction. The role includes people management, process ownership, and influence on future hiring.
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on SEO experience
2+ years managing SEO teams or departments
Strong technical, content, international, and performance SEO expertise
Experience with large-scale or multi-brand projects
Strong analytical, budgeting, and forecasting skills
English sufficient for international collaboration
Experience in iGaming, betting, casino, affiliate marketing, fintech, or Tier 1 markets will be a strong advantage.
