Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement SEO strategies for project portfolios and international brands
Build, manage, and scale teams of SEO specialists, team leads, and experts of various profiles
Optimize internal processes to scale the SEO direction and increase overall efficiency
Work with highly competitive geographies, continuously improving approaches and adapting to search engine algorithm updates
Collaborate with all key departments of the company to ensure effective traffic monetization
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO
2+ years of experience managing SEO teams or SEO directions
Experience working with large-scale SEO projects and multi-brand structures
Strong technical SEO expertise (indexing, redirects, canonicals, server responses)
Practical understanding of Google Core Updates, E-E-A-T, and anti-spam filters
Experience setting tasks for developers and controlling their execution
Understanding of a performance-driven approach to SEO and traffic monetization
Experience in iGaming, casino, affiliate, or other highly competitive niches will be a strong advantage
Strong analytical and strategic mindset combined with a realistic assessment of team resources and capabilities
