Your new company

You will be joining a leading technology and telecommunications organisation delivering large-scale connectivity, network and managed service solutions. The organisation supports complex, mission-critical environments and continues to invest in next-generation network, digital and security capabilities.

Your new role

You will take end-to-end ownership of complex network services, covering deployment, transition into operations and ongoing service performance. You will act as the senior interface between customers, internal technical teams and vendors, ensuring services remain reliable, secure and commercially well-managed.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service delivery and operations across mobile core, wireless, WAN and RAN services.

• Oversee deployment, transition-to-run and steady-state operations across internal teams, vendors and technology partners.

• Drive service governance across SLAs, availability, incidents, problems, changes, risks and major escalations.

• Manage senior customer and stakeholder relationships, including executive service reviews, performance reporting and escalations.

• Drive vendor performance, budgets, operational efficiency, security, compliance and continuous service improvement.

Job Requirements

• 15 years of experience within telecommunications, managed services, network operations or large-scale infrastructure service delivery.

• Strong leadership experience managing mission-critical, multi-vendor network services, ideally within regulated or high-security environments.

• Strong knowledge across mobile core, wireless, WAN, RAN and service assurance, including build-to-run/service transition.

• Strong understanding of ITIL/service management, operational governance, major incident management and secure network operations.

• Excellent senior stakeholder and vendor management capabilities, with exposure to ITSM, monitoring, NMS, SIEM/SOAR, CMDB or observability platforms; ITIL, PMP or PRINCE2 certification would be advantageous.
