Head of SHES - Process (S-1510)

Qualifications Bachelors degree in sciences, safety, health, environment, or

engineering.

TapRoot® Advanced Root Cause Analysis Team Leader (or equivalent

RCA tool).

Knowledge and/or Experience

Minimum of ten (10) years experience in SHES in the Oil & Gas Industry, including two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role,including oversight of service/vendor personnel.

Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.

Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.

Advanced knowledge of relevant SHES Management Systems and programs.

Preferred international project experience with Tier-1 EPC Contractors or Client/Owner PMT, involved in the construction of onshore production facilities (i.e. greenfield and brownfield work).
