  • Foster a strong Continuous Improvement mindset within the team and encourage employees to identify opportunities to improve processes, reliability and efficiency.‌

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in Logistics and a relevant higher-level qualification, preferably from a Higher Technical College (HF) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong understanding of operational warehousing, material flow and inventory management processes and proficiency in materials management systems and SAP applications.
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement and structured problem-solving methodologies; knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively across different levels of the organization.
  • Proven negotiation and conflict-management skills.
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
