AMAN invites a Head of Software Engineering to steer our Software Factory, shaping engineering strategy and delivering enterprise platforms, digital services, and AI-enabled apps across the region.

You will own the full delivery lifecycle, lead architecture and estimation, foster a high‑performing team, and establish rigorous engineering practices while collaborating with clients and the AI Factory Lead to integrate AI capabilities into production systems.
