Head of Stablecoins
You will own stablecoin growth strategy from issuer relationships through on-chain distribution and utility. You will build partnerships, oversee commercial and liquidity initiatives, identify infrastructure gaps, enable use cases, analyze competitors, and represent the Foundation in executive and industry forums.
Responsibilities
- Define and own stablecoin growth strategy
- Build and manage relationships with stablecoin issuers, exchanges, custodians, market makers, and DeFi protocols
- Design and oversee commercial strategies and liquidity initiatives
- Identify infrastructure gaps and improve developer tooling with product and engineering teams
- Enable stablecoin use cases across payments, treasury, remittances, and DeFi
- Collaborate on DeFi, payments, and institutional adoption initiatives
- Track competitive dynamics and adapt strategy
- Represent the Foundation in executive conversations, industry working groups, and conferences
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business development, product strategy, growth, or protocol or ecosystem leadership
- Understanding of stablecoin mechanics, DeFi liquidity dynamics, and on-chain incentive design
- Experience building senior relationships with issuers, protocols, and institutional partners
- Analytical thinking, data analysis, scenario modeling, and trade-off evaluation
