Head of Strategy and Operations
You report to the COO and co-design, own, and implement strategic initiatives while building core business functions for scale. You drive cross-functional projects, improve operations, analyze data, support growth and new businesses, and manage commercial and talent operations.

Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in a high-performance environment
- 2+ years of in-house execution experience in trading or crypto firms
