🌍 Role: Head of Strategy Delivery
📍 Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (National & International)
🎯 Purpose: Act as strategic adviser & execution partner to the Country Director, driving strategy, annual plans, and cross-functional delivery.
📋 Key Duties:
- Lead annual planning, targets, and strategic reviews
- Track leadership decisions, KPIs, and mitigate delivery risks
- Coordinate the Country Leadership Team and key initiatives
🎓 Requirements: Master's degree, 12+ years of experience (5+ in senior strategy/management), and strong knowledge of Ethiopia's development context.
