Head of Structured Solutions

You will own and expand structured investment solutions, including yield products, tokenisation, asset-backed lending, and digital-asset financial structures. You will manage an existing credit fund and its counterparty relationships, set product strategy, lead due diligence and risk oversight, and work with the Investment Committee and external Investment Manager. You will oversee fund operations, contribute treasury and banking expertise, and build and develop the Structured Solutions team.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for structured investment solutions and design new products.
• Lead yield products, tokenisation initiatives, Bitcoin Backed Loans, and other structures from concept through launch.
• Drive the internal Investment Committee process for new ideas, products, and structures.
• Conduct initial and ongoing counterparty due diligence and risk evaluation.
• Produce committee-ready credit assessments.
• Maintain credit risk oversight and enforce exposure, concentration, and limit frameworks.
• Evaluate price risk, credit risk, system requirements, and regulatory consequences with the Risk function.
• Identify and originate new lending counterparties for the fund.
• Prepare and present due diligence and lending proposals to the Investment Committee.
• Support Legal in negotiating fund documentation with counterparties.
• Manage counterparty relationships throughout each facility.
• Act as the primary liaison with the external licensed Investment Manager.
• Oversee fund operations and accounting, including NAV accuracy and operational issue resolution.
• Support reconciliation and allocate investor coin and capital inflows.
• Provide Treasury input on risk evaluation, trading, execution, systems, ALCO, stress testing, and pricing.
• Build, manage, mentor, and develop the Structured Solutions team.
• Document institutional knowledge and maintain the investment team knowledge portal.
• Provide internal technical, market, and crypto-ecosystem expertise.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in investment management, structured products, or digital asset markets with senior ownership of a product, credit, or trading function.
• Credit underwriting and counterparty risk experience, ideally including unsecured lending.
• Ability to assess regulated financial institutions and crypto-native counterparties.
• Quantitative capability in pricing, risk, and structuring models.
• Track record of designing and launching financial products.
• Experience with formal governance processes such as investment committees.
• People leadership experience, including building teams and developing junior talent.
• Familiarity with Bitcoin and traditional fiat markets.
• Stakeholder management experience with investment managers, counterparties, and internal committees.
