About this Position What you´ll do Role Summary Lead Supply Chain Planning organization for North America and Mexico, ensuring strong planning performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and Supply Planning processes while improving forecast accuracy, inventory management, and operational execution across the region. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the regional Supply Chain Planning organization (100+). Drive supply chain performance, service levels, and customer satisfaction. Own and execute the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, including monthly cycles, continuous improvement, and digital planning initiatives. Partner with Demand Planning, Purchasing, Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to improve forecast accuracy and inventory performance. Establish and drive Supply Chain Execution (S OE) processes, governance, and digital capabilities. Develop enterprise-wide standards for materials and master data management to optimize cost, inventory, and cash flow. Promote best practices, planning standardization, and capability development across the organization. Drive strategic planning transformation and executive-level decision-making through data-driven insights.
