Head of Technicians

Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦450,000 Monthly
Reports To: CMD / External Engineer / Admin Manager
Level: Senior Staff

*JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Head of Technicians to oversee the company's electrical and mechanical infrastructure, lead the technical team, and ensure the efficient and safe operation of all technical equipment and systems.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and supervise Technicians, Electricians, and Engineers in Lagos.
• Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Perform diagnostics on cooling systems and generators.
• Supervise technical work, installations, repairs, and emergency response.
• Monitor meter readings and daily power consumption.
• Supervise diesel supply and usage.
• Install and maintain new electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Prepare and present technical updates and occurrences at management meetings.

*REQUIREMENTS

• First degree or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–10 years' experience as an Engineer, preferably in industrial or commercial environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety procedures, tools, drawings, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• High level of responsibility, safety awareness, and dedication to duty.
