Summary

Leads a small team overseeing laboratory operations, product development, and customer support for analytical measurement instruments in a chemistry-focused company.

  • You will provide technical and managerial leadership to the 6-member Product Competence Team
  • As laboratory manager, you will coordinate all activities in the application laboratory
  • You will actively participate in the innovation process and drive the further development of our products
  • You will further develop the application portfolios in collaboration with Product Management
  • You will serve as the point of contact for application support and customer inquiries and provide advice on applications and measurements using our products
  • You will coordinate measurements of customer samples, validations, and software tests, as well as editorial work, publications, and training for the sales team
  • You will participate in development projects as a representative of the customer’s perspective
  • You will serve on national and international standards committees and oversee participation in interlaboratory tests
  • You will occasionally visit our customers worldwide

  • You have a degree in chemistry, biochemistry, food technology, materials science, or a related field
  • You have several years of experience in personnel management, laboratory management, and administrative tasks
  • You have in-depth knowledge of analytical measurement techniques
  • You have experience in the statistical analysis of test results and in verifying the performance of measuring instruments according to defined requirements
  • You are meticulous in your work and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility
  • You are highly customer-oriented and possess strong communication and presentation skills
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
