Job Summary

The Position will lead the trade marketing strategy and execution for Non-M150 energy drink brands across all channels. Translate brand and category strategies into channel plans, optimize in-store execution, and develop a high-performing team to deliver sustainable revenue, distribution, rand market share growth.

Job Description:

1.Develop the long-term trade marketing and category strategy for the three Non-M150 brands, aligned with the overall Energy Drink strategy and business objectives.

2.Monitor brand & channel performance; identify growth opportunities and risks; and recommend corrective actions to the Head of Energy Drink and relevant stakeholders and lead the evaluation and prioritization of trade promotions

3.Translate brand strategies into differentiated channel and customer plans, including assortment, pricing, promotion, visibility, distribution, and activation priorities.

4.Lead the development and implementation of in-store activation, merchandising, POS materials, product launches, and execution standards across channels, while monitoring execution quality and addressing performance gaps.

5. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and other relevant functions to deliver integrated commercial plans and ensure effective execution.

6. Lead and manage team across brand's under, including, resource allocation, objective setting, performance management, coaching, capability development,and driving a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
