Head of Trading
You will lead trading strategy and market structure for a new chain. You will design validator and MEV frameworks, build products for market makers and institutional traders, manage relationships across trading and infrastructure, bootstrap liquidity for high-demand assets, and produce actionable strategies for MEV market structure and competitive positioning.
Responsibilities
- Design a validator and MEV framework for a new chain
- Design products that facilitate on-chain experiences for market makers and institutional traders
- Manage relationships with market makers, institutional traders, hedge funds, builders, and searchers
- Strategize liquidity bootstrapping for assets with high trading demand
- Onboard market makers and institutional traders
- Strengthen relationships across builders, searchers, and trading partners
- Produce actionable strategies on MEV market structure and competitive positioning
