Security clearance BPSS is required for all personnel.
Skills and experience
Essential skills and experience
- Be able to lead the Transformation Architecture team.
- Be able to assess current team members’ strengths and technical competences
- Be able to devise and deliver appropriate training in public cloud architecture and emerging architectures.
- Be able to devise individual development plans for Transformation Architects.
- Be able to provide coaching and guidance to experienced enterprise architects, seeking to learn news skills relating to public cloud and emerging architectures.
