- 5+ years of experience in User Acquisition
- Expertise in in-app traffic purchasing
- Knowledge of Mintegral, AppLovin, Unity, and others
- Experience with AppMetrica, Adjust, and Appsflyer
- Proven track record in scaling purchases from scratch
- Familiarity with various monetization models
- Experience managing a UA team
- Skills in testing and scaling non-standard traffic sources
