Job Summary

Lead the Video Service Planning & Operation organization to ensure AIS PLAY delivers world-class streaming experiences with high reliability, scalability, and innovation.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic direction for both planning and operations teams.

- Oversee OTT platform architecture, CDN, and encoding roadmap.

- Establish and monitor SLAs with vendors and internal teams.

- Ensure 24/7 service reliability and rapid incident recovery.

- Drive innovation in live streaming (e.g., low latency, 4K HDR).

- Manage budget, contracts, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications / Skills:

- Bachelor or Master in Computer Engineering, IT, or related.

- 10+ years in video streaming/OTT/telecom, with 5+ years leadership.

- Strong knowledge of OTT ecosystem (DRM, CMS, Transcoding, CDN, Analytics).

- Experience in live sports streaming preferred.

- Strong leadership, vendor management, and incident management skills.
