We are looking for an experienced and strategic Procurement Professional to lead Pan India procurement operations, vendor management, and cost optimization activities.

• Salary: Up to 22 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Pan India procurement and vendor operations.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Negotiate pricing, quality standards, and payment terms with vendors.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of project and factory materials.
• Monitor purchase orders, pending materials, and vendor performance.
• Coordinate with Projects, Stores, Accounts, Production, and Management teams.
• Drive cost optimization and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
• Lead, guide, and manage the procurement team.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• MBA/PG Diploma in Procurement or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in Procurement/Purchase.
• Prior leadership experience in the Interior Fit-Out & Construction industry preferred.
