Job Description:
Looking for a Head of Sales who has handled half of India (North and East), has experience with adult and pediatric portfolios, and has managed a portfolio of more than 200 crores.
This opportunity is based out of Delhi.
Candidates who have handled 2 states in the past can also be considered.
The Head of Sales will spearhead the commercial strategy and execution for our business operations in Kolkata or Delhi/NCR.
This leadership position involves driving revenue growth, managing large-scale sales teams, and building robust relationships with key stakeholders and distribution partners.
You will be responsible for translating organizational objectives into actionable sales plans, ensuring market penetration, and maintaining the company's competitive edge in the pharmaceutical landscape. This role is pivotal in shaping the regional sales trajectory and fostering a high-performance culture within the organization.
