Head - Sales & Collections - 3W Retail Financing
Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lender & Capital Partnerships:
- Set up lender relationships from scratch across banks, NBFCs, and other institutional capital providers.
- Structure and negotiate on-book and off-book debt arrangements.
- Build scalable lending programs for capital deployment aligned with Astranovas risk and growth objectives.
- Drive pricing, tenure, and credit policy discussions with lenders in collaboration with credit teams.
- Manage ongoing lender performance, reporting, and relationship health.
2. Sales Enablement & Channel Strategy:
- Own the sales strategy for the 3W retail financing business.
- Work closely with OEMs, dealers, and channel partners to drive loan penetration.
- Design incentive structures and programs to improve dealer productivity and conversions.
- Enable field and partner sales teams with processes, training, and product clarity.
3. Collections & Portfolio Performance:
- Own collections strategy across early, mid, and late-stage delinquencies.
- Build and scale internal and external collections setups.
- Monitor portfolio quality, roll rates, and recoveries; implement corrective actions proactively.
- Coordinate with credit and risk teams to refine underwriting and reduce future delinquencies.
4. Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Work deeply across credit, product, operations, and finance to build a robust retail lending engine.
- Provide feedback into product design based on lender requirements and field realities.
- Establish SOPs, dashboards, and performance metrics across sales and collections.
- Hire, mentor, and scale high-performing teams as the business grows.
5. Strategic Growth & Ownership:
- Act as a P&L-oriented leader for the 3W retail vertical.
- Identify new growth opportunities, geographies, and partner segments.
- Prepare the business for scale with institutional capital and long-term lender relationships.
- Transition into Business Head 3W Retail based on demonstrated execution and outcomes.
