Head, Sales Enablement & Process Optimization TH

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure all sales‑related administrative tasks are managed efficiently, and serve as the central coordination point between Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to manage internal workflows, escalations, and process documentation.
  • Lead the development and execution of sales enablement strategies to improve frontline effectiveness and overall sales performance.
  • Work closely with sales teams and cross‑functional units to enhance sales processes, sales tools, and promotional activities.
  • Identify, resolve, and escalate operational issues impacting sales productivity; collaborate with branch teams, product units, and operations to remove process bottlenecks.
  • Drive continuous process optimization to improve both external customer and internal relationship manager’s experience, reduce turnaround time, and ensure operational compliance.
  • Effectively plan, monitor, manage and control budget utilization for sales initiatives, promotions, and training programs.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Master’s degree (MBA or related) is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales support, branch operations, process improvement / Optimization, or business management within a financial institution.
  • Strong track record of managing cross‑functional initiatives and working closely with Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams.
  • Experience in designing and improving sales processes, including workflow redesign, operational optimization, and frontline productivity enhancement.
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
