Role : Sales Head PAN India (Hotel Industry)
Position : Sales Head
Location : Bengaluru / Gurgaon
Industry : Hospitality / Hotel Industry
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead PAN India sales operations for hotel properties.
- Drive corporate, MICE, travel trade, and leisure sales.
- Manage and mentor regional sales teams across India.
- Develop and maintain key national accounts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Handle corporate contracts, rate agreements, and negotiations.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Coordinate with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Represent company in industry events and networking forums.
Requirements :
- 15 - 25 years of experience in sales.
- Strong experience in PAN India sales leadership.
- Good network in corporate and MICE segments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- MBA preferred.
