JOB Posting: Cybersecurity Services Lead/Head
Position Overview:
The Service Delivery Head for Cybersecurity, Networking,
Cloud, and Infrastructure is responsible for overseeing the delivery of
comprehensive IT services, ensuring high standards of performance, and
achieving client satisfaction. This role involves managing a team of IT
professionals, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and continuously
improving service processes to support business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead
and manage the delivery of cybersecurity, networking, cloud, and infrastructure
services.
- Lead
and mentor a team of cybersecurity/technical professionals, providing guidance,
support, and performance management.
- Collaborate
with senior management to define objectives and priorities.
- Stay
updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threats to
proactively identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation
strategies.
- Ensure that services meet or exceed established
performance metrics and client expectations.
- Develop and implement service delivery
strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Liaise with external vendors, partners, and
clients to assess their cybersecurity posture and ensure compliance with
contractual security requirements.
- Work
on Pre-Sales activities along with Sales Teams & OEM’s
- Cybersecurity
Operations:
o Oversee
the design, implementation, and maintenance of cybersecurity controls, systems,
and processes.
o Manage
day-to-day cybersecurity operations, including incident response, vulnerability
management, and security monitoring.
o Conduct
regular assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure
compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
o Coordinate
with IT and other departments to implement security measures and ensure secure
software and system configurations.
o Incident
Response and Recovery:
o Develop
and maintain an effective incident response plan, including procedures for
identification, containment, eradication, and recovery.
o Lead
the investigation and response to cybersecurity incidents, coordinating with
internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
o Conduct
post-incident analysis to identify the root cause, evaluate the effectiveness
of controls, and recommend improvements to prevent future incidents.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer
Science, Information Security, or a related field. A relevant master's degree
is a plus.
· Proven experience (10+ years) in
a similar role within the cybersecurity field, with a focus on managing
cybersecurity services and teams.
· Strong knowledge of cybersecurity
principles, frameworks, and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
· Experience with security
technologies and tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention
systems, SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint protection, SASE, WAF etc..
· Familiarity with cloud security,
network security, identity and access management, and secure software
development practices.
· Excellent leadership and team
management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of
cybersecurity professionals.
· Strong problem-solving and
decision-making abilities, with a proactive and analytical approach to security
challenges.
· Exceptional communication and
stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex security
concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
· Relevant certifications (e.g., CCIE, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CEH) are highly desirable.
