- Lead and mentor a high-performing recruitment team to improve sourcing efficiency, candidate experience, and the quality of hires across multiple plant locations.

- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify workforce planning needs, translating business objectives into actionable hiring plans that address niche skill gaps in the manufacturing landscape.

- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to track performance, optimize cost-per-hire, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the talent acquisition function.
