Head - Talent Acquisition - Retail

Job Description:

- Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for corporate and supply chain functions, ensuring the attraction and hiring of high-quality talent across levels, including leadership positions.

- Partner with senior business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and develop proactive hiring strategies aligned with business priorities.

- Drive leadership hiring initiatives, leveraging structured assessment methodologies and behavioural profiling tools to improve hiring quality and decision-making.

- Lead and continuously enhance recruitment processes, including the implementation and optimization of recruitment technologies and talent acquisition systems.

- Explore and leverage emerging technologies, including AI-enabled recruitment solutions, to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.

- Design and implement talent management initiatives, including assessment centres, succession planning, and leadership development programs to build a strong internal talent pipeline.

- Partner with business leaders to identify high-potential talent and create robust development plans for future leadership roles.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a small Talent Acquisition team while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Track and report key hiring and talent metrics to drive data-led decision-making and continuous process improvement.
