ANEMELO Greek Restaurant is a new dining destination opening in Singapore, inspired by authentic Greek hospitality, quality ingredients, and genuine guest experiences.

We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and motivated individuals to join our opening team.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide professional, attentive food and beverage service to guests
2. Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
3. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper table setup at all times
4. Ensure product knowledge of the menu and make appropriate recommendations
5. Follow service standards, procedures, and company policies
6. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
7. Handle guest requests and concerns courteously and promptly
8. Assist with opening, closing, and general front-of-house duties
9. Comply with safety, hygiene, and workplace regulations

Requirements:
- 5 day work week based on roster
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
