HEAD SPA THERAPIST
TTE Elephant Head Spa Singapore is looking for passionate and service-oriented Head Spa Therapists to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional head spa, scalp-care and relaxation treatments according to company standards
- Provide scalp analysis and recommend suitable treatments and products
- Perform head, neck, shoulder, meridian and facial massage techniques
- Explain treatment procedures and aftercare advice clearly to customers
- Recommend suitable treatment packages and retail products based on customers’ needs
- Maintain excellent service standards and build strong customer relationships
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment and tools are properly sanitised
- Maintain a clean, comfortable and hygienic working environment
- Assist with appointments, customer enquiries and daily outlet operations
- Attend company training and continuously improve treatment and product knowledge
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in head spa, scalp care, hair care, beauty, massage or wellness services is preferred
- Candidates without head spa experience may be considered if they have relevant beauty or massage experience
- Possess good massage skills and a strong interest in scalp care and wellness
- Sales and customer-service experience will be an advantage
- Friendly, well-groomed, responsible and service-oriented
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Willing to learn and follow the company’s treatment and service standards
- Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
- Applicants already residing in Singapore are preferred
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly income from S$3,800 to S$6,000 or more
- Basic salary plus attractive service and sales commissions
