Health and Nutrition Program Manager
Summary
Manage health and nutrition programs, leading MMNU teams and clinical activities. Oversee project planning, budgeting, and reporting while coordinating with government and partners.
Key Requirements & Duties:
• 🎓 MPH or Medical Doctor (MD) degree
• 🏥 3–5+ years’ experience in health/nutrition programs (humanitarian experience preferred)
• 👥 Lead MMNU teams, PHC support services, and clinical activities
• 📊 Manage project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting
• 💰 Support budget management and coordination with logistics teams
• 🤝 Represent the organization with government, health clusters, and partners
• 🧑⚕️ Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and staff capacity building
• 🌍 English & Amharic required (regional language is an advantage)
