Our mission is to equip them with essential life skills, enhance independence, and support social integration through holistic and compassionate care.

Job Title: Health Attendant

Location: Woodland

Overview:
As a Health Attendant, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients' daily living activities and maintaining a safe, clean, and caring environment. Your dedication and compassion will contribute significantly to the quality of care provided within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Main Responsibilities

  • Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding clients as necessary; assist in drying and clothing clients after bath by Nursing Aides, providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.
  • Provides appropriate engagement for clients by utilizing resources and materials
  • Assist to accompany clients for medical / non-medical reviews when necessary
  • Cleaning / washing of lavatories and shower stalls as well as laundry duties (when regular cleaning / laundry staff absent)
  • Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures
  • Protects organization's value by keeping patient information confidential.

2. Others

  • Participate in fund raising activities
  • Any other (non-clinical) duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in healthcare or caregiving.
  • Certification in Nursing Aide or Certificate in Healthcare Attendant (preferably trained in Singapore).
  • Must be able to work 3 rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Physically fit to handle daily care activities.
  • Open to learning and taking on varied responsibilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Hardworking, meticulous, and responsible.
  • Service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
