JOB POSITION: HEALTH COACH

Timing: 8am-5:30pm / 8am-1pm

Workdays: Mondays to Saturdays

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Conduct one-to-one health coaching consultations for clients enrolled in health screening and longevity programmes.
  • Develop personalised health and wellness plans covering nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, weight management, and healthy ageing.
  • Educate and empower clients to adopt sustainable lifestyle modifications using evidence-based coaching techniques.
  • Review health screening findings with the multidisciplinary team and reinforce doctors' recommendations during follow-up sessions.
  • Assist in case management by coordinating clients' healthcare journey from screening to post-review follow-up.
  • Arrange and coordinate specialist consultations, diagnostic investigations, allied health services, and follow-up appointments.
  • Monitor outstanding investigations, referrals, and medical reports to ensure timely completion and continuity of care.
  • Liaise with doctors, specialists, allied health professionals, laboratories, radiology providers, and external healthcare partners to facilitate seamless client care.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to monitor progress, encourage adherence to care plans, and document health outcomes.
  • Escalate abnormal findings, high-risk cases, or client concerns to the attending doctor and Clinic Manager where appropriate.
  • Provide concierge-level support by responding promptly to client enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of coaching sessions, follow-up activities, and case management records.
  • Ensure all client records and medical information are maintained in accordance with PDPA, organisational policies and clinical governance requirements.
  • Assist in developing and enhancing longevity, preventive health, and wellness programmes.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Escalate service recovery cases and client complaints to the Clinic Manager and Operations Team where appropriate.
  • Support the clinic's daily operations and collaborate closely with the clinical and operations teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Adhere to the organisation's policies, procedures, clinical protocols, and service standards.
  • Carry out any other duties or projects assigned by the Clinic Supervisor, Clinic Manager or Operations Manager.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Professional, empathetic, and client-centric approach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Public Health, Health Promotion, Psychology, or other relevant healthcare-related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in health coaching, wellness coaching, lifestyle medicine, preventive healthcare, executive health screening, or a related healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in client education, behaviour change coaching, and personalised wellness planning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in longevity medicine, preventive medicine, precision health, or executive health screening.
  • Certification in Health Coaching (NBHWC, ACE Health Coach, Wellcoaches, or equivalent) will be an advantage.
  • Experience interpreting health screening results, body composition analysis, metabolic health markers, wearable health data, or Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM).
  • Familiarity with evidence-based coaching methodologies and digital health technologies.

Requirements:

  • Able to start work immediately or within a month
  • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid, MMR (Mumps, Measles & Rubella, TDAP, Hep B)
  • Position is open only to Singaporeans & Singapore PRs only
