Position Summary
The position is responsible for achieving targeted sales goals by educating and promoting VRS products via phone to a lead-generated customer base. The Pet Health Coach will provide information about the VRS supplementation program as recommended by their veterinary care provider and provide product coaching by utilizing detailed, in-depth knowledge of the company’s pet health nutritional products and program. The primary role of the Pet Health Coach is to build strong relationships with pet owners and improve patient compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with veterinary partner client base and pet owners to convert leads into customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service that is professional, courteous, and efficient when communicating with veterinary product customers.
- Educate pet owners on the benefits and features of our veterinary nutriceuticals based on their veterinarian’s recommendation.
- Sell VRS products in order to achieve and/or exceed the outlined target sales goals for products through veterinary education, promotion, and communication of the nutritional product guidelines.
- Answer inquiries and provide information about a VRS supplementation program as recommended by the veterinary care provider.
- Become specifically trained in VRS products and special processing to support all projects warranted by management.
- Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrating empathy and showing genuine care for the customers’ needs and concerns.
- Effectively prioritize and manage time while working remotely and independently.
- All other duties as assigned.
