Solutions by Kintura is seeking a compassionate and dependable RN or LPN (PRN Health Coordinator) to join our team at the Memory Care Center in Greensboro, NC.

Our adult day program provides specialized care and meaningful engagement for older adults living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, while offering valuable support to their families.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a nurse who enjoys building relationships, providing personalized care, and making a difference in the lives of older adults.

What You'll Do

• Provide nursing care and health coordination for participants in our adult day program.

• Complete health assessments and assist with developing individualized care plans.

• Monitor participants' health, medications, vital signs, and changes in condition.

• Administer medications and provide nursing interventions as needed.

• Communicate with families, physicians, and team members regarding participants' health and well-being.

• Coordinate health services and referrals when appropriate.

• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and participant health records.

• Provide education and support to family caregivers.

• Assist with emergency preparedness, health and safety procedures, and regulatory compliance.

• Work collaboratively with our Memory Care Center team to ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.

What We're Looking For

• Current, active RN or LPN license in North Carolina.

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

• At least two years of nursing experience preferred.

• Experience in geriatrics, dementia care, memory care, or adult day services preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills.

• Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working with older adults experiencing memory loss.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
