Health Insurance Specialist

This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS),Center for Medicare (CM), Division of Contractor Provider Communications (DCPC). As a Health Insurance Specialist, GS-0107-13, the incumbent develops, analyzes, implements and updates policy and systems for the Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) Provider Customer Service Program (PCSP).

Support cloud-based telephony implementation and rollouts to the MACs.

Coordinates the configuration, testing and deployment of cloud-based customer service solutions.

Designs and deploys satisfaction surveys to support customer experience management.

Analyze large datasets and develops dashboards to support senior leadership decision making.
