HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL (HSE) OFFICER

Job Description:

• Plan and lead all Health, Safety, Environment and Security regime in connection with the project including regular safety inspections & compliance audits with the required workplace safety standards, regulations and policy
• Provide health and safety advice and support to the operation departments on WSH issues
• Provide secretariat support to Safety Committees Prepare/review Safety Plan/Risk Assessment Monitor/track, analyse project’s safety performances and to recommend safety measures where necessary
• Conduct accident investigations and recommend corrective measures
• Conduct training and coordinate internal training courses relating to WSH
• Organise WSH Campaign and other promotional activities
• Coordinate and correspond with external agencies, MOM, SCDF, etc on WSH related issues/matters
• Prepare regular project’s Health and Safety Report

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent
• Valid registration with MOM as a Workplace and Health Officer
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
