What You’ll Do
Lead by example. Coach and mentor leaders and frontline teams, helping safety become second nature across all areas of operations.
Spot the risks before they happen. Identify and assess hazards in transport, warehousing, and maintenance, ensuring compliance and smarter, safer ways of working.
Champion wellbeing. Deliver programs that support mental health, physical fitness, and overall workplace wellness — designed for the unique demands of logistics.
Bring people with you. Run engaging training sessions, toolbox talks, and safety campaigns that actually stick.
Problem-solve and improve. Investigate incidents, uncover causes, and implement practical solutions that make an immediate impact.
Keep us accountable. Manage audits, inspections, and reporting to drive continuous improvement and stronger safety results.
Make your mark. Partner on projects and initiatives that shape the future of safety across our business.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Relevant Experience: With 3+ years in a similar role, candidates should have a basic understanding of HSEW responsibilities, policies, and procedures.
- Certifications: A minimum of a Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety is required, tertiary qualifications are desirable.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry or similar environments.
- Travel 10% interstate to WA
