Open 15d

Summary

Drive workplace safety and wellbeing in logistics by coaching teams, assessing hazards, and implementing programs that reduce risks and improve health across warehouses and transport networks.

Help us keep our people safe, supported, and thriving — every single day.

In the world of logistics, safety isn’t just a policy — it’s a promise. We’re looking for a passionate Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make a real difference. You’ll be the go-to partner for our warehouse, transport, and operations teams, building a culture where safety, wellbeing, and teamwork drive everything we do.

Why You’ll Love This Role

Every day will be different. You’ll connect with people across all levels — from drivers and warehouse crews to leadership — guiding, educating, and inspiring them to make safe, smart decisions. You’ll have the chance to shape how we think about safety and wellbeing across our busy, fast-moving network.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead by example. Coach and mentor leaders and frontline teams, helping safety become second nature across all areas of operations.

  • Spot the risks before they happen. Identify and assess hazards in transport, warehousing, and maintenance, ensuring compliance and smarter, safer ways of working.

  • Champion wellbeing. Deliver programs that support mental health, physical fitness, and overall workplace wellness — designed for the unique demands of logistics.

  • Bring people with you. Run engaging training sessions, toolbox talks, and safety campaigns that actually stick.

  • Problem-solve and improve. Investigate incidents, uncover causes, and implement practical solutions that make an immediate impact.

  • Keep us accountable. Manage audits, inspections, and reporting to drive continuous improvement and stronger safety results.

  • Make your mark. Partner on projects and initiatives that shape the future of safety across our business.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Relevant Experience: With 3+ years in a similar role, candidates should have a basic understanding of HSEW responsibilities, policies, and procedures.
  • Certifications: A minimum of a Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety is required, tertiary qualifications are desirable.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry or similar environments.
  • Travel 10% interstate to WA

You’ll join a collaborative, hands-on team where safety truly drives success. We value initiative, continuous improvement, and people who care about the wellbeing of those on the ground. Together, we’ll make our operations safer, stronger, and more sustainable.

We believe our people are our greatest strength — and the diversity of our team is central to how we grow and succeed. We’re committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels respected, supported, and able to thrive. With operations spanning the globe, we know we’re better together when our team reflects the diversity of the communities and customers we work with every day.
