Health & Safety Expert (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers

Your Responsibilities:
- HSW Compliance & Governance: You deliver core Health, Safety, and Wellbeing priorities aligned with corporate goals while ensuring full compliance with national and international laws, engineering practices, and data protection guidelines.
- Audit & Risk Standardization: You standardize risk management across all operations and conduct regular supplier and workplace audits to enforce high safety standards.
- Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis: You lead thorough investigations into accidents and safety incidents to identify root causes and establish effective preventive measures.
- Wellbeing & Ergonomics: You promote workplace health by overseeing employee welfare initiatives, arranging ergonomic workstations, and driving health awareness communications.
- Training & Continuous Improvement: You design and deliver HSW training programs for internal staff and suppliers, manage KPI reporting and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 45001), and foster a robust safety culture across cross-functional teams.
Your Profile:
- Educational Background: Qualification/certification in occupational safety (e.g., SiFa) or a university degree in a relevant discipline.
- Professional Experience: Extensive experience in a Health & Safety role—ideally within the telecommunications or infrastructure sector—with proven auditing experience.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in HSW principles, regulations, and best practices, alongside practical experience with international standards and ISO norms (such as ISO 45001).
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, a pragmatic hands-on mindset, strong collaborative abilities, and willingness to travel occasionally across operating markets.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken English skills (at least C1 level required).
At Vantage Towers, we operate in 8 different European countries. This role will be based in Dublin.
