Health & Safety Officer
A leading confectionery manufacturer in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, is hiring a full-time Health & Safety Officer to oversee safety and compliance across its new factory operations. The role involves implementing and monitoring health and safety policies, conducting risk assessments, ensuring adherence to Dubai regulatory requirements and ISO standards, and promoting a culture of safety among staff. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in industrial health and safety, preferably within food manufacturing, and a strong understanding of local regulations. This position is key to maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment as the company continues to expand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop HSE policies and conduct risk assessments.
- Monitor PTW systems, fire safety, waste management.
- Conduct HSE training and coordinate with regulatory bodies.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
Requirements:
- Degree in HSE or related field.
- NEBOSH IGC mandatory; other certifications preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or food production environments.
Salary Range:
AED 12,000 - 21,000
