Health & Safety Officer

𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 & 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫

Are you passionate about making workplaces safer? Our client, a leading building and machinery supplier, is looking for a 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 & 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 to join their team! If you have 𝟑+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 and hold a 𝐍𝐄𝐁𝐎𝐒𝐇 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, we want to hear from you!

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Develop & implement Health & Safety policies.

- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.

- Ensure compliance with UK Health & Safety regulations.

- Act as the main point of contact for all Health & Safety matters.

- Oversee health programs and lead safety training for colleagues.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

- NEBOSH certification.

- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus!
