Health & Safety Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Health Safety Specialist to join our team in Campia Turzii Plant, within the Adhesives Division. In this role, you will ensure a safe and compliant working environment, implementing and continuously improving health, safety, and environmental standards across the site. You will play a key role in protecting people, equipment, and the environment while supporting operational excellence and compliance with legal and corporate requirements. What you’ll do: Coordinate and monitor all occupational health, safety, fire prevention, and environmental protection activities at the Pantelimon Plant Ensure safe use of equipment and compliance with internal and legal safety standards Conduct onboarding, on-site, and periodic safety trainings for employees Perform regular workplace inspections and risk assessments across all areas Develop and update safety instructions, procedures, and emergency plans (prevention, intervention, evacuation) Monitor environmental factors and occupational risks in collaboration with authorized laboratories Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal standards Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and propose corrective actions Track implementation of corrective measures following inspections or audits Maintain records related to safety, environmental protection, equipment, and authorizations (including ISCIR-related activities) Collaborate with all departments, Site Manager, medical services, and external authorities when needed Manage PPE requirements, usage, maintenance, and replacement Support continuous improvement of HSE systems and contribute to audits and certifications
