Health Sciences Lecturer and Researcher

What you'll do

• Providing teaching in the Degree in Physiotherapy and other degrees within the Health Sciences field, such as Nursing, Dentistry, Biomedicine, or other related areas.
• Development and updating of theoretical and practical content in subjects related to Anatomy, Medical-Surgical Pathology, Traumatology, Rehabilitation, Biomechanics, or related areas.
• Tutoring and academic monitoring of students.
• Participation in academic coordination activities and teaching quality processes.
• Collaboration in transversal projects within the Faculty of Health.
• Participation in research, teaching innovation, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Contribution to the development of innovative teaching methodologies oriented toward practical and clinical learning.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Medicine.
• PhD in Medicine, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Interest and vocation for university teaching.
• Ability to teach content across different Health Sciences degree programs.
• Teaching skills, communication skills, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to innovation and academic quality.
• Specialty via MIR
• ANECA accreditation (Ayudante Doctor, Contratado Doctor, Profesor Permanente Laboral, or equivalents).
• University teaching experience in Health Sciences degree programs.
• Clinical care experience in hospitals, healthcare centers, or specialized clinics.
• Research experience with indexed scientific publications.
• Participation in national or international research projects.
• Experience in clinical simulation and active learning methodologies.
