Education & Qualifications
Current and active Massachusetts RN/LPN license required
2 years of nursing management or supervisory experience
2 years of experience working with adults in a healthcare setting
Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

What You’ll Do
Supervise, mentor, and support two or more nurses
Assist with hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management
Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Oversee participant health services, including medications, treatments, physicals, and medical appointments
Monitor quality of care and maintain a safe environment for participants and staff
