About the Position: This position is located at Travis, AFB, CA. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
Serve as the Referral Management Center (RMC) Manager for David Grant Medical Center (DGMC).
Assist Service Line Leaders in developing effective processes to maximize clinician productivity.
Maintain data capture tools in order to facilitate the multi-dimensional manipulation of referral management.
Provide advice to employees to adhere to safety standards.
Develop reports to capture key data were needed.
Advise on healthcare administrative policies clarifying procedures to determine workloads within the department.
