We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team! As the Health and Wellness Director, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and promoting wellness for our residents. This position offer variety in overseeing dedicated care teams at two locations, Ottumwa and Fort Madison. We offer a competitive salary, mileage reimbursement, and a flexible working schedule.
Duties:
Provide compassionate and comprehensive resident care in accordance with established protocols.
Conduct assessments and create person-centered care plans.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Training provided to new and current employees.
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations and Other Requirements
- Must be registered and licensed with the State as a RN, and must maintain current license
- Must pass the required criminal background check in order to serve vulnerable adults
- Previous assisted living or long term care experience is preferred and beneficial
- Must be screened for TB, if applicable.
