[Healthcare] 6 Months to Perm Procurement Specialist (Handle Gov Projects) #HLV

F&E Planning & Procurement

Maintain and update FFE, procurement and project trackers, including requirements,quantities, costs, procurement status, key dates and action owners.
Consolidate information from users, consultants, vendors and project stakeholders, and check submissions for completeness, consistency and obvious discrepancies.
Support the reconciliation of equipment lists, quantities and related information across different sources and versions.
Assist in preparing procurement documentation, presentation materials, dashboards, meeting papers and supporting information for management or work group discussions.
Track procurement packages, key milestones, dependencies, decisions and outstanding actions, and follow up with relevant stakeholders for timely closure.
Support the administration and secretariat of FFE / Procurement workgroups, including preparation of agendas, meeting materials, minutes and action tracking.
Assist with the consolidation of information required for business cases, funding requests and approval papers.
Support coordination of selected common FFE packages and other project procurement activities where required.
Maintain proper filing, document control and version control of project and procurement records.
Provide general project coordination and administrative support to the team as required.

Requirement:

Degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building /Construction, Project Management, Supply Chain / Procurement, Business,Healthcare Administration or a related discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; able to organise, reconcile and present information clearly.
Comfortable working with numbers, quantities, costs and large datasets.
