Healthcare Ambassador (West | 5-Day Work Week | Office Hours)

Responsibilities

• Promote Healthier SG and educate residents on the programme and its benefits.
• Assist residents with enrolment and registration.
• Address public enquiries and provide programme information.
• Support community outreach activities and roadshows.
• Guide residents on using digital healthcare platforms.
• Collect feedback and maintain activity records.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N-Level or equivalent.
• Candidates with retail, sales, or customer service experience are welcome.
• Customer service-oriented with good communication skills.
• Able to start work immediately.
