Healthcare Appointment Setter - USA

Are you an experienced customer service professional with exposure to the US market? Do you enjoy helping people, building rapport, and guiding customers towards the next step in their journey?

We're looking for a Healthcare Appointment Setter to join our growing USA Healthcare team. In this role, you'll work with patients who have already been referred by their healthcare provider, helping them understand the next steps and booking them into their orientation appointments. This is a warm outreach role focused on customer experience, appointment setting, and follow-up management.

What You'll Be Doing

• Contacting patients who have been referred by their healthcare provider.
  
• Building trust and rapport while providing a world-class customer experience.
  
• Booking and managing orientation appointments.
  
• Following up with patients and managing scheduled callbacks.
  
• Maintaining accurate CRM and patient records.
  
• Working closely within established healthcare compliance and escalation processes.
  
• Ensuring every patient receives professional, friendly, and supportive service.
  

Requirements

• US campaign experience is mandatory
  
• Customer service experience is mandatory
  
• Previous outbound calling experience
  
• Experience working towards targets and KPIs
  
• Excellent spoken and written English
  
• Strong computer and CRM skills
  
• Healthcare experience advantageous
  
• Willing and able to work USA operating hours from our Umhlanga office
