Summary
Provide daily nursing care and support activities for elderly residents in a community hospital, including personal hygiene and care-plan documentation.
- Ensure holistic care for elderly health, comfort and security
- Deliver professional nursing care tailored to geriatric needs
- Plan and implement meaningful activities for senior residents
- Maintain accurate Individual Care Plans with timely updates and documentation
- Assist with activities of daily living including personal hygiene and grooming
- Collaborate with caregivers and volunteers in elderly care best practices
Job Requirements:
- Min GCE O Level or equivalent
- Min 2 years Singapore working experience in geriatric care
- ITE Certificate in Home Care or Healthcare related certificate
- Rotation shift: 6 day work week
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
