Healthcare Automation & AI Architect

Summary

Design and implement AI-driven automation and analytics solutions to streamline healthcare operations, integrating systems across clinical, financial, and HR domains.

This role is full onsite role in Northgate Alabang and graveyard shift from 9pm to 6am.

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Automation & AI Architect to drive the organization's digital transformation initiatives through the strategic application of artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, and systems integration.

This is a highly hands‑on role responsible for identifying opportunities, designing solutions, implementing technologies, and collaborating with executive leadership and department heads across clinical, financial, workforce, human resources, and operational functions.

The successful candidate will serve as both strategist and builder—helping create an integrated healthcare ecosystem that improves efficiency, enhances decision‑making, reduces manual processes, and positions the organization at the forefront of healthcare innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership and department heads to identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and operational improvement.

  • Design, implement, and maintain AI, automation, analytics, and systems integration solutions across the organization.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business goals and long‑term digital transformation initiatives.

  • Build and optimize workflows, automations, dashboards, and data‑driven solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.

  • Collaborate with clinical, finance, revenue cycle, workforce, human resources, payroll, recruitment, and operational teams to streamline processes and improve performance.

  • Lead technology and innovation projects from concept through implementation and ongoing optimization.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and technology vendors, implementation partners, and software providers.

  • Promote the adoption and effective use of AI and automation tools throughout the organization.

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and interoperability across enterprise systems.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve reporting, and enhance operational decision‑making.

Qualifications

  • Experience in US Healthcare is preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in systems integration, automation, healthcare technology, digital transformation, or related disciplines.

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, workflow automation platforms, APIs, and enterprise system integrations.

  • Experience working with healthcare, clinical, financial, HR, workforce, payroll, recruitment, or business systems is highly preferred.

  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, department heads, vendors, and technical teams.

  • Self‑starter capable of independently managing projects and delivering solutions from concept to execution.
