Healthcare Clinic Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator #HDCC

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure clinic counters and consultation rooms are well-prepared, organised and ready for daily operations.
• Coordinate patient appointments and liaise with other clinics and hospitals to facilitate smooth scheduling and continuity of care.
• Accurately record services rendered in a timely manner to ensure proper billing and charging.
• Provide basic patient care support, including measuring height, weight, vital signs and visual acuity (VA) when required.
• Attend to patients’ enquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring a positive and welcoming patient experience.
• Support the smooth delivery of daily clinic operations and maintain service readiness at all times.

Requirements:

• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with good attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to handle patient enquiries professionally.
